We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility to provide the highest quality dental care available. It is our top priority to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. Pittsboro Family Dentistry is pleased to offer either parking in front of the practice or in the rear in our handicap accessable private parking lot. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Appointments
Our office welcomes new patients seeking quality dental care. We also are available for emergency appointments. Our normal operating hours are: Monday 8:00am -5:00pm, Tuesday 8:00am -9:00pm, Wednesday 8:00am-9:00pm, Thursday 8:00am -5:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm. Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is available with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check (5% discount) , cash (5% discount), or any major credit card. We are also happy to provide you with Care Credit, an affordable payment plan that can effectively schedule monthly payments for up to five years.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
